CHINESE OIL TO ENTER NEPAL STARTING TUESDAY



Government of Nepal has finally started the process to provide the alternative for the scarcity of petroleum from our neighboring country China.

Commerce and Supplies Minister Ganesh Man Pun has informed the media that he has finally had the talk with the Chinese Government and have already started the procedure.

According to Mr. Pun, Mr. Pun and Chinese Ambassador Mr. Wu Chuntai in Nepal and Nepal Ambassador Mahesh Maskey in China had a meeting this friday about this topic and finally has the conclusion to provide our country petroleum.

If the process goes in rapid time, the government will be able to bring the petrol within this Tuesday.


The process for the meeting was held by the UCPN-M Chairman Narayan Kaji Shrestha. Mr. Shrestha, who had also conducted and participated in various Government forming procedure was also present in the meeting.

According to the source "China had a really positive response during the meeting and has our government to present formal offer letter to the Chinese government so that they can start the process as soon as possible."

Nepal has been suffering from scarcity of petroleum, gas and other products due to the blockage done my India. Nepal has been mostly dependent upon India for most of the daily products used in Nepal and seeing the fact, India has once again played the dirty politics and is making Nepal suffer.

Nepal's government were still waiting for India to stop their blockage and to get to normal life. But it doesn't seem to be happening soon.

China has been trying to help since the starting but our government were not showing much attention to their urge.

Thus finally Nepal government has accepted the urge of the Chinese government to help our country in need.
